In addition to our locations in Germany, we are also represented by an office in Timișoara, Romania, located in the United Business Center. Your responsibilities:
The OEDIV Romania Internship Program provides students with hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations. The program is structured around four key areas: SAP Basis, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Service Management/ITIL, offering practical insights into modern IT service delivery and operations.
SAP Basis
Support monitoring and administration activities for SAP systems.
Assist in reviewing system logs, jobs, and technical processes.
Gain understanding of SAP landscapes (Development, Test, and Production environments).
Learn about transport management, system maintenance, backup, patching, and availability management.
Participate in documenting technical activities and troubleshooting processes.
DevOps
Learn fundamental Linux administration concepts and command-line operations.
Support version control activities using Git.
Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build, deployment, and rollback processes.
Assist in monitoring infrastructure and applications.
Become familiar with Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and automation practices.
Contribute to technical investigations using monitoring and logging tools.
Cybersecurity
Assist in monitoring security-related events and activities.
Support log analysis and vulnerability identification exercises.
Learn cybersecurity fundamentals, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability principles.
Gain understanding of access management, authentication, and least-privilege concepts.
Participate in activities related to security best practices and risk awareness.
Service Management / ITIL
Support incident, request, problem, and change management activities.
Learn the lifecycle of IT service tickets and ITIL best practices.
Assist in prioritizing tasks and working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to documentation, status reports, and operational updates.
Your profile:
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and systems administration.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Git, scripting, or programming concepts.
Interest in SAP technologies, Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
Basic understanding of networking and operating system fundamentals.
