Support Engineer L1 Backoffice (m/w/d) – German mandatory

In addition to our locations in Germany, we are also represented by an office in Timișoara, Romania, located in the United Business Center. Our Romanian team currently consists of around 30 employees and continues to grow. We are always looking forward to welcoming motivated and like‑minded new colleagues to join our team.
Your tasks:
- Process customer inquiries via tickets and email
- Document, classify, and forward incidents
- Performing basic technical checks and applying workarounds
(e.g., Windows, Linux, SAP, databases) - Review monitoring alerts and escalate issues according to defined procedures
- Provide status updates and maintain the knowledge base
Your profile:
- Very good German language skills (B2–C1)
- Initial experience in IT support or a completed IT-related education/training
- Structured and service-oriented way of working
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of Windows, SAP, databases, and Linux
