In addition to our locations in Germany, we are also represented by an office in Timișoara, Romania, located in the United Business Center. Your Role :

As a Product Marketing Manager for SAP Transformation and SAP Solutions, you are responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of our SAP portfolio. You translate complex SAP topics into clear value propositions for customers, position our services in the market, and actively support the transformation units in implementing go‑to‑market activities.

You work at the interface between SAP expert teams, Sales, Product Management, and Partner Management and actively shape the external perception of our SAP transformation offering.

Your second key focus will be to communicate our multicloud offerings in the areas of Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service to our customers, positioning our services in the market while working closely with subject matter experts, product owners, sales teams and our management.

Your tasks:

Marketing & Positioning

  • You develop and implement marketing strategies for SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, SAP Security, and Cloud & Transformation.
  • You conduct market and competitive analyses within the SAP ecosystem.
  • You build clear and compelling value propositions for SAP‑driven business transformation.

Content & Communication

  • You create marketing and sales materials, including presentations, one‑pagers, website content, use cases, and success stories.
  • You translate complex, technical SAP topics into clear, customer‑oriented business value.
  • You support internal communication formats such as Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and management updates.
  • You respond to editorial inquiries from general-interest and trade press, including target-group-oriented preparation and alignment with relevant expert teams.

Go‑to‑Market & Enablement

  • You collaborate closely with Sale, Product Owners, and SAP experts.
  • You support campaigns, events, webinars, and partner activities.
  • You contribute to proposal positioning and the development of business cases.
  • You plan, organise and coordinate trade fairs and customer events (across Germany), including content preparation follow-up.

Transformation & Innovation

  • You actively accompany SAP transformation initiatives from a marketing perspective.
  • You position new SAP services and innovations in the areas of SAP and multi-cloud.
  • You support the build-out of new service and product portfolios.
  • You manage and collaborate with external service providers, agencies, and partners to implement marketing and communications initiatives.

Your profile:

Professional Qualifications

  • You have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a comparable field.
  • You bring experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an IT, SAP, or consulting environment.
  • You have a basic understanding of SAP solutions and business transformation (no development knowledge required).
  • You have experience creating presentations and marketing materials for both management and customer audiences.

Methodological & Personal Skills

  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and a structured way of working.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are able to explain complex topics in a clear and convincing way.
  • You show initiative, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • You have very good command of German and good English skills.
